Dance With Change

Move through uncertainty without fighting yourself

About Me

I’m Dr. Khutso Madubanya, the founder of Dance With Change™—a philosophy and practice grounded in one simple truth: change is inevitable, but struggling through it is not.

Originally from South Africa, I have lived and worked across eight countries and am a mother of three, including a set of twins. My life and career have unfolded across cultures, industries, and identities—often outside conventional paths.

Because of that, I  affectionately refer to myself as a “master change navigator” and an “international unicorn” because I never quite fitted neatly into prescribed boxes.

These lived experiences taught me how to remain grounded within disruption, and I now help individuals and organizations do the same.

At heart, I am a yogi who loves to dance and live life fully.

I believe we can learn to move through change with greater grace, freedom, and self-trust—like a dance—instead of simply “embracing” it or, worse, antagonizing it.

I invite you to dance with me.

Why Choose Me

The P.I.V.O.T.™ Method

I designed the P.I.V.O.T.™ Method as a practical mental recalibration framework to help individuals, leaders, and teams reduce overwhelm, regain grounding, and move through uncertainty with less fear and greater self-trust during times of disruption and change.

True Adaptability

Moving beyond surface-level motivation, I focus on the deeper human dynamics of change—how disruption impacts meaning, resistance, communication, and alignment within individuals, teams, and organizations. My work helps people move through change with greater clarity, adaptability, and internal steadiness.

Breaking the Myth of Strength

My work explores not only how individuals and organizations navigate external change, but also the internal identity shifts that often accompany it—especially hyper-independence, over-functioning, and the “Strong One” trap. I invite high-achieving individuals and leaders to move through transitions without punishing themselves in the process.
